1. Position : Short service scheme

Public health Assistant U17 – For Vector carried and Food security disease control

Qualification : Must have Passed the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia

2. Age : 18 and above / Government Ex-pensioner

3. Nationality : Malaysia

4. Gender : Male / Female

5. Work Place : The Gerik's District Council

6. Service payment : RM $1200 Per month

7. Additional Benefits :

Exemption from work, entitlement for annual leaves of 12 days / annum

Exemption from work , entitlement for sick leave of 10 days / annum

Entitle for expenses claims while carrying out official duty ( equivalent to job Grade 17 except for Overtime Allowance Claim )

8. Special requirements and conditions for the post :

-Strong and Healthy

- Prepare to work according to Shift
